LogChimp Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LogChimp website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Shinkly Private Limited (“LogChimp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- Creating and managing a LogChimp account
- Purchasing a license key
- Accessing the LogChimp dashboard and related services
Important: The use, deployment, and self-hosting of the LogChimp software is governed separately by the LogChimp Software Subscription Agreement, which is incorporated by reference but is a separate agreement.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. License Key Purchase
- License keys are sold through the Service.
- Purchasing a license key grants you rights only as defined in the LogChimp Software Subscription Agreement.
- Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Refunds for the purchase of LogChimp license keys, if any, are governed solely by the LogChimp Software Subscription Agreement. Please refer to that agreement for applicable refund terms and conditions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute license keys except as explicitly permitted
5. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g. payment providers). LogChimp is not responsible for the availability or behavior of those services.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Misuse license keys or the Service
You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogChimp shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Issues arising from self-hosting or third-party infrastructure
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
